# Payment and Checkout Help

Help for payment failures, pending transactions and safe checkout on the official Alfarisi Perfumes website.

## My payment failed. What should I do?

Check the status displayed by your payment provider and the official store before attempting another payment. Avoid paying twice while a transaction is still pending.

## Money was debited, but I haven't received confirmation

Payment confirmation can occasionally be delayed. Keep the payment reference and check your bank or payment-app status. Contact official Alfarisi support if the order status remains unclear.

## Where should I pay?

Only complete purchases through the [official Alfarisi Perfumes website](https://alfarisiperfumes.com/) or another channel the company has explicitly authorized.

## Keep your payment details safe

Never send OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or complete card credentials to anyone claiming to offer customer support. This Help Center cannot access or change your payment account.
